We decided to set up ZIMBO to assist the Zimbabwean Diaspora and well wishers to provide food to friends and relatives living in Zimbabwe. You may buy gift vouchers from this site redeemable at the TM Supermarket identified by you as most convenient for the recipient. Vouchers can be redeemed for goods or part goods part cash maximum 50% cash at the discretion of the branch manager (up to US$50 per day per recipient). We welcome donations of food especially to AIDS orphanages and old folks homes.

Collection Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms and conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Shipping Policy
We do not ship any goods to recipients. All food products must be collected at the specified outlet of TM Supermarkets Pvt Ltd as most convenient for the recipient and the recipient must show original ID and quote the invoice number generated by the transaction. Vouchers will be available for collection 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Uncollected packages
If the vouchers have not been collected all reasonable effort will be made to contact you.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Refunds/returns Policy
The goods obtained through our vouchers may be returned within 14 calendar days at your expense to the TM Supermarket in Zimbabwe from which they were collected, but only if the product is defective and not if it is defective due to incorrect handling or storage after collection. If you ask for your money back before vouchers are collected there is an admin fee of 6%. Once vouchers are collected we cannot refund the money.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions by credit card will be processed in United States Dollar (USD); for non United States residents the costs will appear on your credit card in your domestic currency. TM endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. In the case of vouchers used for food TM will make minor cash refunds up to 3% the value of the voucher.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise the other payment option which is EFT, or log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online in the "Your Profile" section and will be available for use whenever you’re ready!
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load ZIMBO as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique invoice number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
